Our Manufacturing Technologies

• Compression Molding (Prepreg): For maximum structural integrity, we utilize high-pressure hydraulic presses. Carbon fiber prepreg is precision-placed into a heated mold and subjected to intense pressure and controlled thermal cycles. This results in a high fiber-to-resin ratio, exceptional thickness tolerance, and a void-free laminate.
• Vacuum Infusion Process (VIP): For large-scale or custom-geometry sheets, we use vacuum pressure to draw premium epoxy resin into dry carbon fiber weaves. This closed-mold process ensures a consistent, high-quality bond and superior mechanical properties compared to traditional hand-layup methods.

• Monolithic Sheets: Solid carbon fiber laminates for maximum tensile strength and stiffness.
